Shipping and Handling
Our furniture is delivered using a National Express courier company direct to your door. Upon confirmation of your payment, all items will be shipped within three (3) business days. Delivery time depends on your location, a notification email will be provided to you with full details of the delivery with arrival time, courier’s contact details and consignment note number.
All deliveries will take place during normal business hours Monday to Friday (9.00am – 5.00pm). Delivery times depend on volume on any given day, so it is not possible to provide exact time of delivery. The consignment note will provide an estimate of the delivery time.
If you are not usually home during business hours, or are unable to accept delivery we suggest:-
- You have the item delivered directly to your place of work, or to a trusted neighbour/relative.
- Provide special instructions when ordering for a safe delivery place at your home (eg Garage, behind the front fence).
If you require assistance moving furniture within your home/business and or help in assembling the furniture then please note this is an additional charge. We can arrange ‘silver service’ for you and are happy to quote for this service. Please contact us prior to purchase so we can make suitable arrangements.
Warranty
We source only durable items, from proven manufacturer’s who have complied with our rigorous selection criteria. All furniture sold comes with a full twelve (12) months warranty against manufacturer’s faults. The warranty applies to normal domestic use only.
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept payment by credit cards issued by VISA or Mastercard. We also accept direct deposit, and both personal and business cheques. Cheques require five (5) business days to clear, and items will be shipped immediately funds have been cleared.
Return of Items
Items may be returned within seven (7) days for a full refund of the purchase price for the item(s). Please note that courier charges are non-refundable. Upon receipt of the item, a refund will be issued within three (3) business days. Due to Health & Safety regulations, our warehouse can only accept returns from a courier company directly. Please do not return items personally as staff may not be able to assist. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in an unmarked and unused condition, unassembled to the following address:-
