This stunning timber spindle back dining chair is a Replica J77 Chair by Folke Palsson. This chair is a childhood favorite of many who herald from parts of Scandinavia, as it was a widely popular design that was so strong it lasted for generations.

Folke Palsson released his most famous design under the FDB group in the 1940's, which quickly soared into one of the best sellers that the co-op produced. Palsson was a Danish designer who wanted to make good furniture that was also affordable in Post WW2 Europe.

This striking design features a generous seat which is curved for comfort, and a spindle back which has been curved to match that of the body. The top of the back rest features a straight section which truly rounds off the comfort one feels in this Danish dining chair.

The chair frame and legs are constructed from solid beech timber, with a compressed plywood seat with a beech veneer. This solid chair is built tough enough to be able to be used in the harshest commercial applications such as pubs and clubs; as well as in your cafe or home around Australia.

This item comes fully assembled and ready for use; and is available in black, white or a natural beech timber finish.
