Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong item?

We accept returns within seven (7) days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Courier charges are non-refundable.

Please ensure returning items are in the original packaging, unassembled and in unused/unmarked condition.

To request a return, please fill out the returns form below.

Please place the returning items back into the original packaging and seal the carton/s up. Our Couriers will refuse poorly packaged items as loose, unsecured cardboard pieces can get caught in freight processing machines causing damage to machinery and packaged items.

We will get in Touch with You

 

We like to deal quickly with Returns - our Customer Service Team will be in touch via email or phone to make the necessary arrangements with you.

We will then liaise with the Courier to book the collection. We will then come back to you with return shipping labels that should be printed and attached to the returning cartons.  

If you originally provided the Courier with an Authority to Leave (ATL), on your front doorstep for example, it is possible to then leave the returning carton in the same place. Just mention this to our Customer Service Team when you speak with them.

Process your Refund

 

Once your goods are received back at our warehouse our Accounts Team will process a refund (please note that courier charges are non-refundable). This will be processed within 3 business days.
