Delivery Timeframes

Upon confirmation of your payment, most items are dispatched the next business day.

Our estimated delivery times for in stock items purchased before 10am are:

Your goods will travel with a national Road Express Courier. The above delivery timeframes may be impacted by vehicle and machinery breakdowns, accidents and natural disasters affecting the national road network from time to time. These timeframes may also be impacted at high volume times such as Christmas.

Delivery Tracking

Once your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a notification email with details of the delivery including the courier contact number and website link as well as your consignment note number. These details will allow you to track your delivery online.

If you do not receive a consignment notification email or would like further information on the progress of your delivery, please contact our team.

Delivery Day

Our Road Express Bulk Goods Couriers will deliver your goods between 9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays only.

Furniture is bulky and too large to travel within the small carton freight networks such as those used by Australia Post or DHL.

Unfortunately, our Couriers are unable to provide a specific time for delivery and cannot arrange to meet you at a certain time.

The Couriers are generally unable to call you prior to arrival as the drivers have limited access to mobile phones due to OHS concerns. We will provide your mobile phone number to the Courier and if safe to do so they may call you prior to arrival. We cannot guarantee that the courier will call you prior to arrival.

In some locations (including Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast), where we use Local Couriers, we can accommodate requests for a certain day of delivery.

To request a specific day for your delivery, use our additional instructions field in the shipping details section of the online checkout or contact our team.

Authority to Leave

An Authority To Leave (ATL) may be given to permit the delivery of goods without a signature.

If you cannot meet your delivery during business hours, we recommend you provide an ATL and nominate a safe place to leave the goods in the event you are not able to wait at your premises to receive your delivery. If you are ordering online, you can give your authority to leave the goods during checkout. (e.g. in garage or at front door).

Missed Delivery

If you miss your delivery it will be returned to the courier company's depot. They will leave a card for you indicating that they attempted delivery. You need to contact the courier company directly to arrange for redelivery of your order or to collect it from a pick up location (if preferred).

Change of Delivery Address

We can update your delivery address prior to dispatch. However, should you need to change your delivery address after your items have been dispatched, re-direction charges will apply.

Bulky, Heavy Items

For heavy or bulky items (such as dining tables, sofas or lounge chairs) you may need to assist the driver to unload the items.

Our standard delivery service is a basic kerbside delivery only.

Our standard delivery service does not include assembly, removal of packaging or placement of your order inside your premises.

Split / Partial Delivery

Your entire order will be dispatched from our warehouse on one consignment. Along the transport network it is possible that your goods may be separated, particularly if one item is large and bulky (like a table top).

Generally, your goods will be collated at your local depot and delivered together. From time to time however you may receive a partial delivery. This may be because a bulky item required specialist handling and vehicles.

If you receive a partial delivery it is likely that your missing piece will arrive the following day. If you have any concerns please contact our friendly team.
