Released in 1968, the Ovalia chair has a cult like status in the history of furniture design. Thor Larsen designed this chair in the swinging sixties, a chair that has a structure like nothing else.

Our premium grade Replica Ovalia Chair will have a big impact in any room it is placed in. Yet once seated inside the mind is at rest, the sounds of the outside world are muffled due to the thick foam layer inside the interior of the entire chair.

There is a 360 degree swivel motion on this retro lounge chair and it is just so cool with its rounded fibreglass shell and thick fabric padded interior. There are two comfortable cushions included, covered in the same fabric.

This item is delivered on a pallet for customers outside Brisbane, so that your new chair will arrive in perfect condition. You will need to dispose of the pallet.

Description

The Ovalia chair was first exhibited in 1968 at the Scandinavian Furniture Fair, and was designed by Henrik Thor-Larsen. This fiberglass 60's classic has a crisp solid white fiberglass exterior. The interior is padded and lined with fabric, and comes complete with two comfortable & thick cushions.

This design was featured in the films "Men in Black I & II" with Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.

Our Replica Ovalia Chair will delight all, with a soft foam core and is available in three bright colours.

Please note the interior on the black chair is now cashmere, unlike in the photo.
