The Replica Womb Chair is based on the creation by Eero Saarinen from 1948. This fabulous lounge chair is a cult design from the Mid Century, and is a feature chair that could be placed in almost any setting.

The foam covered chair features comfortable cushions with generous armrests. This chair will invite you to relax in after a hard day at the office.

The legs are stainless steel, and the matching ottoman is also included. The chair is covered in a wool blend.

This stunning fabric lounge chair makes a very comfortable nursing chair and is available in red or grey fabric. The legs need to be attached to the chair. This item will come on a small skid to ensure safe transit, you will need to dispose of the skid.

The Womb Chair was created in 1948 by Eero Saarinen. The chair was a result of a challenge by Florence Knoll to the Finnish-born architect and designer Eero Saarinen to create a chair that she could curl up in and relax.

The Womb Chair's enveloping form continues to be one of the most recognized representations of mid-century Scandinavian organic modernism. It was also a favourite of Hugh Heffner, and appeared in the playboy US magazine in the 1950's.

Our Replica Womb Chair is created based on the specifications of the original design and features foam moulded over a solid one-piece inner fibreglass core. The entire chair is covered in a wool blend fabric with additional seat cushions and back cushions. The Ottoman is also covered in the same upholstery.

The legs on the chair and ottoman are stainless steel. This chair has the look and feel of the original design using premium materials, at an affordable price. Available in dark grey or red.
