The Egg Chair was originally designed in 1958 for the reception area in the Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, by Arne Jacobsen.

True to the original design, this Replica Egg Chair is constructed from a solid one piece fiberglass inner core, surrounded by multi density foam padding and covered in a pure wool fabric. Our egg chair both tilts and swivels so you can be sure of supreme comfort.

The pure Wool fabric is slightly textured as per the original design specifications, rather than a flat wool blend on inferior imitations. The base of the chair is constructed of solid cast aluminium, with rubber gliders on the base.
